Cards Against Humanity - Time to Let Your Inner Demon Give Your Friends a Lapdance?

How do you describe “Cards Against Humainty?” It’s a card game. It’s a party game. The best description is probably the one they use on the package. “A party game for horrible people.” That kind of sets the tone doesn’t it?

On the surface “Cards Against Humanity” is a card game much like Apples for Apples. However, when you get into the gist of it, it is in fact very different. This game is about the ourtrageous. One person describes how her morality was disintegrated by the use of the word “Auschwitz.” If you don’t find something like that entertaining, you don’t want to get this game.

At the time of this writing the game has 5729 reviews on Amazon of which 93% are 5 star reviews. That’s impressive by any definition of the word. The positive reviews all talk of people having a great time in the company of friends.

The game encourages using terms that are offensive to a lot of people. It doesn’t claim to be politically correct. Even on the right side of what is morally acceptable. For that reason it is not for those who dislike dark humor or are easily offended.

As mentioned you’ll either hate or love this game. If you love it you may as well get the expansion packs while you’re at it. From the amount of positive reviews “Cards Against Humanity” are getting there is a good chance you’ll have a lot of fun. If this type of game is for you. If I had to give it a rating I would either give it 5 stars or 1 star. That’s how divisive this game is.

Are you ready to take a walk on the wild side? To let your inner demons give your friends a lapdance? If you are you need to get this game. If not, steer clear of it.

You were warned!
